Your AI teammates took on more
A next step for every candidate. Amp on your phone. One teammate, start to finish.

November is the month your AI teammates took on more of the hiring work, and Amp moved onto your phone. Every candidate on the hiring page now has a suggested next step, and a recruiter approves it before anything moves. Amp is now an app for iPhone and Android, so recruiters can review and call candidates between meetings. Each AI teammate is getting its own email address and texting number, so candidates hear from one teammate from start to finish. Amp joins the intake call and brings back score card suggestions. Scoring criteria get new guardrails. Recruiters can set a commute limit for each job. And the notetaker now joins Zoom calls too.

Notable improvements 02
Scheduling an interview no longer approves the candidate
Booking an interview is now a logistical step, not an implicit endorsement. Candidate approval and interview scheduling are tracked separately, so your pipeline data stays accurate.
Interviewers get a direct link to the candidate they're meeting
Each member of an interview panel now receives a direct link to the candidate's profile in their calendar invite, so they can review the candidate before the meeting without asking a recruiter to track down the details.
