Guardrails on scoring criteria
Criteria that name a protected characteristic do not save.

When a scoring criterion names a protected characteristic, such as race, gender, age, religion or disability, Amp refuses to save it and says which words to change. The check runs wherever criteria are written: the score card, Ask Amp, and criteria Amp drafts. Companies can also turn on a warning for wording that can stand in for age or background.
If a fairness check pauses a job, Amp now names the requirement behind the pause and re-checks the job once the score card is fixed.
