Interviews got smarter
Fig 01 · Interviews got smarter · Amp, October 2026

October is the month the interview stopped being something your team had to carry on its own. Save a panel once and Amp brings it to every round on the req; Amp shows you the availability it will actually offer candidates; and when the call starts, a notetaker joins it and turns the conversation into a write-up nobody had to type. Around that, opening an applicant gives you the whole picture with Amp's read already in it, Ask Amp became one continuous conversation that follows you across the app, and candidate email arrives carrying your own brand rather than ours.

Notable improvements 05

Custom booking links with hand-picked times

Recruiters can now create booking links that carry specific hand-picked times rather than relying solely on calendar availability. Ideal for high-priority roles where you want to offer a curated set of slots.

Email delivery failures now surface to recruiters

When a candidate's email doesn't reach them, Amp now tells the recruiter directly. Bounces and delivery failures are no longer silent, so no candidate falls through the cracks because of a bad address.

Define a role once, across every req for it

Requisitions that are really the same role can be grouped as a family, so the hiring criteria are set once instead of rebuilt on each one. Approve the score card for Forklift Driver 886 and every other forklift driver req picks it up, and a change made once reaches all of them.

Candidates pick a day first

The booking page now works in 2 steps: choose a day that has availability, then a time on that day. It matches how anyone plans a week, and replaces the flat list of slots candidates used to scroll.

A single standard across all regions

Teams hiring across several jurisdictions can adopt a single strictest standard, and an obligation that several regions impose identically now appears once instead of once per regulation, so the same task is not completed several times over.
