Amp does the work.
You own the decisions.

The agentic recruiting system for high-volume frontline employers. For restaurants, retailers, logistics operators, hospitality groups, and healthcare organizations, Amp drives better hires where open roles hurt fastest.

4 principles that govern the product

01
Outcomes, not activity

Hires who work their first shift, 30-day retention, manager hours reclaimed. Those are the numbers Amp is measured on. Not applicant volume, not pipeline stage counts.

02
Run inside the systems you trust

Your ATS, HRIS, WFM, email, and calendar. Amp connects through an API, MCP, or directly through the browser. It reads, writes, and learns from each one. Your data stays where it is.

03
The decision boundary stays with you

Amp recommends. You approve. Every offer, every hire, and every change to your screening criteria carries the approver's name. Amp cannot reject a candidate, and it cannot hire one.

04
AI-native, in everything we do

Amp is AI-native: built to be agentic from the start, with hiring compliance and AI governance at its foundation. We run the company the same way, so every product decision starts from how the work gets done, not how software used to.

The team behind Amp

Somen Mondal and Shaun Ricci have been building enterprise software together for 20+ years. They co-founded Field ID (acquired by Fortune Brands in 2012), Ideal, one of the first AI talent acquisition platforms (acquired by Dayforce in 2021), and most recently FairNow, the AI governance and compliance platform for enterprise HR (acquired by Optro in 2025). Amp is their fourth company together, and the first that does the work inside the HR systems instead of sitting on top of them.
