Amp recommends. You approve.

Amp is the tool. You are the employer. An Amp teammate can screen, rank, schedule, and communicate. It cannot mark a candidate rejected. The final go/no-go is always a human’s. Every offer, every hire, and every change of bar carries a customer approval, recorded with the actor’s identity. No black-box rejections, no auto-hires.

The approval queue

Amp proposes. Nothing moves until you say so.

Prepared actions arrive grouped by role, each with the evidence behind it. The bulk button acts on the rows you tick. There is deliberately no approve-everything default. Try ticking both.

The hold, released

Automation enforces. A person releases.

When a bias run returns adverse on a job, Amp pauses acting on its own scores there. The rule runner is gated until an admin reviews and releases the hold. The release itself lands in the log with the actor's identity.
