Amp sits in on the interview
It joins, it listens, the write-up is waiting.
Book a video interview through Amp and a notetaker joins the call itself, on Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, so nobody has to choose between listening and taking notes. It transcribes the conversation and turns it into a write-up on the candidate's page: a recap, the moments that mattered, and what was actually said against each criterion on your score card.
Whoever runs the next round starts from the conversation rather than someone's memory of it.
