Interview scheduling is now a complete workflow rather than a handful of settings. Set your working hours, slot length and time zone once, with recurring weekly availability and one-off overrides for the weeks that differ.

Ask for a panel and Amp checks every required panelist's connected calendar before proposing times, flags anyone whose calendar isn't connected, and lets you attach optional panelists without holding up the booking. Candidates pick from slots that are genuinely free and receive a branded, per-job invitation with a Teams or Google Meet link already in it. The whole slate is legible as a week-grid calendar: on the job, under My Interviews, and right inside chat.
