Easier to trust. Easier to use.
See the evidence. Book the panel. Just ask Amp.

August pushed on both halves of the same problem: how much you can trust what Amp tells you, and how little work it takes to get it. Candidate review now shows the evidence behind every review and ranks on it. Interview scheduling went end to end, from your team's real availability to the candidate's calendar invite. And Amp itself became easier to ask: the assistant knows the page you're on, answers from approved content, and can take you where you need to go.

Notable improvements 04
A teammate page you can actually run
Each AI teammate's page now shows the jobs it works and lets you change them directly, alongside its hiring-system connections, so adjusting what a teammate covers no longer means hunting through settings.
A moment to undo before advancing
Advancing a candidate now opens a short, cancellable countdown, so an accidental click is a 2-second correction rather than something you have to walk back in your ATS.
Paycom joins the ATS catalog
Paycom is now selectable when you create a teammate, so teams running it can connect Amp to the system they already use.
Candidate cards come alive
Candidate cards now update in real time as the AI works. Movement through stages, new reviews, and status changes animate live so recruiters always see the current picture without refreshing.
