Candidate review, built on your score card

Define what great looks like once, then see every candidate measured against it, and ranked on it.

Candidate review, built on your score card
Fig 01 · Candidate review, built on your score card · Amp, August 2026

Amp now reviews every applicant against a score card you control: the must-haves for the role, the nice-to-haves, and nothing you didn't ask for. Each criterion is judged against the candidate's own résumé and questionnaire, and Amp has to quote the exact text it relied on, so you can check the reasoning, not just the result.

Candidates are then ranked by how much of the score card they actually meet, must-haves first, so the best-supported people surface at the top of the job and on your home page. Strong matches show as Best Fit, anything the evidence can't settle is flagged for human review rather than counted as a miss, and Amp never advances or declines anyone on its own. Editing a criterion re-reviews only what actually changed.
