Candidate time zones and distance filtering

Recruiters on the hiring page can now see each candidate's local time zone alongside their distance from the job, so there's no mental math when scheduling calls across regions. A new distance filter narrows the hiring feed to candidates within a chosen radius, the same way you would in your ATS. Remote and hybrid roles become easier to staff when you can instantly see who fits the schedule and the commute.
