Security and intelligence

Locked down. Always listening. Finally summarized.

Security and intelligence
Fig 01 · Security and intelligence · Amp, April 2026

April was about earning trust on 2 fronts: keeping your hiring data safe and making sure Amp's overnight work is never invisible. A full multi-factor authentication system lets your organization enforce the security posture it needs, and Amp got a voice, so recruiters can talk to it the way they talk to a colleague. Woven through all of it is a renewed focus on transparency: daily digests, task controls, and intake forms that let hiring managers put their real priorities on the table.

Notable improvements 05

Custom agent instructions

You can now give your agent persistent custom instructions that shape how it communicates and prioritizes work: set once and applied to every conversation from that point forward.

Rippling ATS integration

Amp now connects to Rippling as a first-class ATS, pulling in candidates and enriching them with the same depth available for other supported platforms.

Conversations tab with session metrics

A new Conversations tab surfaces per-session metrics, conversation search, and 1-click thread archiving so you always have a clean view of your team's chat history with the agent.

CSRF protection

All state-changing API requests are now protected by a double-submit cookie pattern, adding a meaningful layer of defense against cross-site request forgery attacks.

Parallel candidate scoring pipeline

The candidate review pipeline now scores candidates in parallel and uses event-based waits instead of polling, significantly reducing the time from sync to ranked shortlist.
